I. Introduction

II. General Terms and Conditions

Any user who objects to these amendments must refrain from continuing to use the platform. Continuous use of the platform is understood as the user agreeing to the amended terms and conditions.

III. User Obligations

The registered user acknowledged the following when accessing the platform and using its services.

b. User is of legal capacity and is able to enter into a binding legal agreement with 777Pub.
c. User is a resident in a jurisdiction that allows online gambling.
d. User is prohibited from using proxy services such as a VPN to manipulate the user’s real location.
e. User is the authorized user of the transaction method they will utilize for deposits and withdrawals.
f. User must make all payments to the platform in good faith and will not attempt to reverse a payment made without fulfilling the standard rollover requirements.
g. User understands that losing real money is a risk when participating in the platform.
h. User is not acting on behalf of another party when participating in the platform.
i. User must generally act in good faith in relation to the use of the platform’s services.

IV. Restricted Use

e. User’s intention is to disrupt the activities of other users in the platform.
f. User promotes unsolicited commercial advertisements, affiliate links, and other solicitation efforts.
g. User acts in a way that can be considered as cheating the service or another customer, colluding with another customer to obtain a dishonest advantage.
h. User intends to sell or transfer their user account to third parties or other individuals.

User must not sell or transfer their account to other parties.

User may not transfer funds between player accounts.

777Pub may immediately terminate an offending account upon prior written notice.

V. Registration

Upon registration, the user agrees to the following when using the platform’s services:

a. 777Pub reserves the right to refuse a registration application at the platform’s sole discretion with no obligation to provide a specific reason for the refusal.
b. User must complete the registration form and read and accept these terms. User may be required to become a verified customer to be able to use the platform. Verification entails providing valid proof of a user’s identity like, including but is not limited to, copy of passport, driver’s license, or national ID card.
c. User must provide accurate contact information, including a mobile phone number, valid email address, and other contact information.
d. User will only be allowed to register a single user account. The platform tracks and detects the IP address of all registered user accounts and prevents additional accounts from being created from within the same IP address.
e. User must keep their password confidential as all bets, deposits, and withdrawals performed using a logged in account will be assumed to have been made by the registered user.
f. User must not transmit any content or other information provided by the platform to any other party by way of screen capture or other methods. g. 777Pub is under no obligation to open an account for a user and the sign-up page is set up merely as an invitation. 777Pub can deny a registration attempt with no obligation to provide any reason for the refusal.

VI. Your Account

The following are the terms and conditions in relation to the user’s account:

a. 777Pub does not give credit for the use of the platform’s services.
b. 777Pub may close or suspend an account if the platform believes that it is not complying with the platform’s terms and conditions.
c. 777Pub reserves the right to close or suspend any account without any prior notice and return all funds. Any contractual obligations that have already matured will still be honored.
d. 777Pub reserves the right to refuse, cancel, limit, or restrict any wager at any time including any bet perceived to have been fraudulent to circumvent platform betting limits.
e. Any amount mistakenly credited to an account remains as the property of 777Pub. Once 777Pub becomes aware of the mistake, the platform will notify the user and withdraw the amount from the account.
f. If an account goes overdrawn, for any reason, the account will be in debt to 777Pub.
g. User must inform the platform should they encounter any errors in their account.
h. User cannot transfer or sell an account to another party. This prohibition includes any transfer of assets within the user account, including winnings, deposits, bets, and rights.
i. Should the user wish to close their account, it is their responsibility to contact us through our customer support channels. This includes voluntary self-exclusion for responsible gambling practices.

VII. Deposits

a. All deposits should be made from a payment account registered in the user’s name.
b. Fees and charges may apply to deposits and withdrawals.
c. User agrees to fully pay any and all payments and charges due to 777Pub in regards to the user use of the platform’s services.
d. User agrees to the specific terms and conditions of a particular casino bonus or promotion upon entering a promo code or opting to redeem a bonus.
e. Any funds sourced from illegal activities cannot and must not be deposited into the user’s account.

VIII. Withdrawals

a. Users may withdraw funds by submitting a withdrawal request in accordance with platform withdrawal conditions.
b. An 8% withdrawal commission is charged when the user does not roll over the deposit at least one time. This is set in place to combat money laundering.
c. 777Pub reserves the right to request user identification to confirm the user’s identity prior to granting withdrawals.
d. All withdrawals must be made to the original payment method used to make the payment to the account.

IX. Payment Transactions and Processors

a. User is fully responsible for paying all debt owed to the platform. User must make all payments in good faith and not attempt to reverse a payment made.
b. 777Pub reserves the right to use third party electronic payment processors.
c. All transactions made in the platform are checked to prevent money laundering or financing activities for terrorist and other malicious groups.

X. Errors

Should errors or malfunctions in the platform’s system occur, all bets made in this period will be rendered void. User is under obligation to inform 777Pub immediately as soon as they become aware of any error with the service.
